It’s finally June! I used to think that once June hits I’ll get a fresh wave of energy for this last month in Korea but I’m actually very tired all the time and just worn out. Maybe it’s because I went beastly (workout wise) in May…or maybe it’s because I’m mentally checked out (of everything) already but I am out of steam. It’s messing with my vision too which is terrible. I always need my glasses now. Not to mention the constant jaw clenching that’s occurring. It’s giving me headaches. Low quality sleep.
I want to go running again but I just can’t muster up any energy for any activity the last few weeks. Boo. Must beast it up again. Soon.
Home in 4 weeks. Calgary in 5.

The jaw clenching is an on again/off again thing. Usually when I’m stressed or have a lot on my mind.
Yay I work out! It’s not a new thing I usually jog but I’ve been going really hard this past month. I like endorphins what can I say?!?!
My eyes aren’t actually bad. But my vision is weakened when I’m stressed and tired so I do have glasses for those purposes.
